Patient Satisfaction

Patient Satisfaction or HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider Systems) is measured by a telephone survey from a company called HealthStream. This is the same survey given by all hospitals to assure the care we deliver is the best you can receive. We thank you in advance for participating in this survey as we strive towards excellence. Service Excellence is part of our culture as we strive to meet the needs of you and your family during your hospital stay. Other areas; Emergency Department, Outpatient Departments and Inpatient Units are surveyed along with HCAHPS. We feel these surveys are important and use the information you give us to continuously make improvements in the healthcare you receive.
